Sarah Davenport, the artist behind Sarah Kyle Art, is a Richmond-based, soft pastel artist. Drawing inspiration from nature and human connection, Sarah loves painting rich, colorful landscapes that blend feeling with scenes from the natural world. Whether painting inspiration-based pieces, or working with collectors to create unique, commissioned pieces, her paintings are vibrant and calming and full of emotion. “I love to paint scenes from the perspective of someone exploring the landscape, interacting with our earth- it gives the exciting opportunity to ‘adventure through the painting.”
In addition to creating, Sarah enjoys teaching art classes, adventuring, the ocean, reading and, above all, spending time with her three kiddos, friends and family.
