Joyce Corns
Joyce Corns is an artist who makes her paintings sing with light and color. Always a happy person, her art reflects the joy she finds in viewing the world around her. She considers herself foremost a colorist and has worked diligently over the past twenty years to produce art with clean, clear color. Joyce is also fascinated with the effect of light on objects and successfully captures that through her use of color. She is basically self-taught but credits some wonderful workshop teachers, many of who are esteemed artists themselves, with helping her develop into the artist she is today! Her hope is that through viewing her paintings, not only will you feel the immense joy she gets from the painting but that you will be gently reminded of how lovely the world truly is.
